It has 4-sealed burners with a cooking power range of 5,000 to 16,000 BTU. Great for high-powered cooking, sauteing, simmering, or making delicate sauces. The dishwasher-safe continuous cast-iron cooking grates make transferring pots and pans between burners effortless.  Also available in black.
